The Breathing Tree
Breathwork & breath education · the Lakeland
Breathe deep. Slow down. Listen.
A tree breathes without being told how. So do you — until life teaches you to hold it in.
The Breathing Tree is the work of Braydon Wollmann — breathwork facilitator, founder of the Warriors Path, and maker of the breathing tree, a hand-carved wooden breath tool worn around the neck.
Sessions run one to one and in small groups, here in the Lakeland. Your breath already knows the way. The work is remembering how to let it — and you carry that home: in traffic, before bed, in the middle of a hard day.

one to one · ongoing mentorship“Braydon is a gifted breathwork facilitator. His ability to hold space has allowed me to go deeper into my healing — we are so fortunate to have him right here in the Lakeland.”
The breathing tree is a wooden breath tool, carved by hand and worn around the neck. Breathe out through it and your exhale slows on its own — the oldest trick the nervous system knows, hanging where you can reach it.
Each one is cut from real wood — oak, walnut, maple, padauk, purpleheart, willow — and each wood carries its own weight and story. It goes where you go: traffic, work, the edge of sleep.
“Breathing has the ability to instantly change the biochemistry of our bodies. The breathing tree acts as a daily reminder to have a breathing practice.”
One session is enough to feel it. Text or call Braydon — tell him what you're carrying and he'll find the right way in: one to one, a small group, or a workshop for your crew.
